Green tea is particularly noted for containing many valuable nutrients (such as vitamin C and flavonoids) and powerful antioxidants and is consequently an especially healthy drink.
This wonderful drink is associated with the following health-boosting characteristics:
● Containing beneficial bioactive compounds – these include polyphenols which are anti-inflammatory and provide protection against cancer
● Contains powerful antioxidants which link green tea to a reduced cancer risk, notably breast, prostate and colorectal cancers
